BONDERITE® M-FE LF-3820 is a liquid cleaner/coater composed of acid phosphates, phosphating accelerants, fluoride salts and non-ionic surfactants which simultaneously cleans and coats steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys with iron phosphate. It forms an amorphous phosphatic coating which provides good adhesion for liquid, powder or electrophoretic paints. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
